Darlene M. Randone has been deeply entrenched in the world of real estate for over 25 years, crafting expertise across various facets of the industry. Her journey began in Boston, where she embarked as a real estate paralegal specializing in commercial and residential real estate conveyancing, financing, and leasing. For more than a decade, Darlene's dedicated service as a Senior Paralegal saw Darlene enhancing the firm's service standards, wielding her proficiency in all phases of real estate transactions.

Throughout her career, Darlene has worn many hats, representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in the acquisition, sale, and financing of THOUSANDS of properties, refining her skills and insights along the way.

From a Senior Paralegal, Darlene transitioned into the role of Senior Loan Originator. Darlene seamlessly blended her legal acumen with financial expertise, guiding borrowers through the intricacies of the financing process with ease. Darlene continues to assist and guide Buyers and Borrowers, both residential and commercial, with her decades of real estate experience.

Fueled by a passion for learning and professional growth, Darlene continued her education by pursuing and acquiring her Juris Doctorate while actively engaged in her career as a full time Senior Mortgage Loan Officer AND a full time Mother of three children.

In 2016, Darlene achieved a significant milestone when she was sworn into the Massachusetts Bar and began her legal career as an attorney. Darlene embarked on a journey as a solo practitioner, passionately advocating for her clients' interests with unwavering dedication; and she continues to do so for every client.

In the last several years, Darlene would often cover matters for her longtime friend and colleague (and now Partner), Paul D. Lambert, in conducting real estate closings and many other matters. At the end of 2023, Darlene and Paul decided that they would be best able to serve their clients, friends, and family by working together to pool their talents and combine their individual strengths to optimize their legal practices and effectuate a plan where they are now able to assist even more people. Together, they offer a formidable combination of experience, knowledge, and personalized service to their clientele.

In her current capacity, Darlene concentrates in Real Estate Law, encompassing commercial and residential real estate conveyancing, financing, and leasing. Additionally, Darlene's finance, real estate and business experience have been the perfect harbinger to continue to grow her Estate Planning and Probate practice for her clients and to serve their business law needs, whether it be creating new entities or negotiating the purchase and sale of various businesses and/or their assets; and assisting Business owners when they have contracts that have not been properly fulfilled.
