The issues presented include the choice of business entities in which to take title, such as trusts, limited liability companies, corporations  or limited liability partnerships; the terms and conditions of loans; and legal analysis and opinions regarding zoning, title, and marketability issues related to the real property involved.

Paul is an instructor with ABC Real Estate Institute in Haverhill, Massachusetts, providing Continuing Education for Massachusetts and New Hampshire Licensed Real Estate Agents; and has spoken at numerous real estate brokerage offices regarding contracts, dual agency, foreclosures and many other pertinent subjects.

Darlene has counseled and advised countless Home Buyers regarding their financial situations and preparing them and guiding them through the mortgage loan process in order to obtain the best financing options for them as Buyers.

Paul  has been a lecturer for the First Time Home Buyer Programs offered throughout the year by the City of Lynn (Massachusetts) Housing Authority & Neighborhood Development.
